The investigation into the private email server of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is complete and it is no good news for the Democrats.
There were 588 violations found and 38 people were found to be ‘culpable’ in transmitting classified information.
“APD’ s administrative review of the HRC emails resulted in the adjudication of 91 valid violations attributable to 38 individuals.
“Additionally, APD adjudicated 497 valid violations where no individual was found to bear culpability, resulting in a ‘valid, but not culpable’ determination,” the report said.
The State Department concluded that using the private server “added an increased degree of risk of compromise, as a private system lacks the network monitoring and intrusion detection capabilities of [the] State Department.”
“While the use of a private email system itself did not necessarily increase the likelihood of classified information being transmitted on unclassified systems, those incidents which then resulted in the presence of classified information upon it carried an increased risk of compromise or inadvertent disclosure,” it said.
But it said that the people that were interviewed “did their best” to handle classified information properly.
“It was APD’s determination that the use of a private email system to conduct official business added an increased degree of risk of compromise as a private system lacks the network monitoring and intrusion detection capabilities of State Department networks.
“While the use of a private email system itself did not necessarily increase the likelihood of classified information being transmitted on unclassified systems, those incidents which then resulted in the presence of classified information upon it carried an increased risk of compromise or inadvertent disclosure,” it said.
“While there were some instances of classified information being inappropriately introduced into an unclassified system in furtherance of expedience, by and large, the individuals interviewed were aware of security policies and did their best to implement them in their operations.
“Correspondence with the Secretary is inherently sensitive, and is therefore open for broad interpretation as to classification, particularly with respect to Foreign Government Information. Instances of classified information being deliberately transmitted via unclassified email were the rare exception and resulted in adjudicated security violations.
“There was no persuasive evidence of systemic, deliberate mishandling of classified information,” it said in the report.

Don, et al. Read the report. No crimes were committed. The classified information was classified AFTER THE FACT - after the emails were sent, sometimes years later. You can’t charge a person of a crime for action that wasn’t a crime when it was done.

Neither the FBI nor DOJ found any email sent to or from Clinton that was marked classified. Intel agencies determined to the material should be classified, after,sometimes years, it was sent to/from Clinton. If the senders don’t know it’s classified, how can you hold them accountable?

After the fact, sometimes years after, various Intel agencies determined material within some emails should be classified. You cannot retroactively charge a person with a crime if it wasn’t a crime at the time they did whatever they did.

I recommend everyone interested in this read the first State Dpt report on Clinton’s private email server It is probably still on the DOS website. Dated May 26, 2016. About page 27, it clearly states DOS employees were allowed to use their personal equipment, specifically servers. clarifying that any equipment must meet security standards. The FBI found no evidence Clinton’s server had been hacked so it must have been pretty secure. On the other hand, the DOS server was hacked while Clinton was DOS.

Wrong, Gerry. Back in 2016 a former aide to Senator Grassley went to work for the DOS IG. She was on the team that investigated email use by DOS employees, including Clinton. The IG issued a report dated May 26, 2016, that stated DOS employees were allowed to use private email accounts and computer equipment, including servers under the condition they met security standards. No evidence was found Clinton’s server had been hacked. But the DOS server was hacked at lest twice - once while Clinton was secretary. After Comey’s investigation, the Republican controlled House held a hearing to question him on his report. He was forced to admit that no material found on Clinton’s server was identified as classified That’s because, as this new report confirms, none of the material was determined to be classified for a year or more after Clinton left office.

An investigation into Hillary’s unapproved computer shows that 38 people committed almost 600 crimes, but none of them were actually trying to commit a crime, so it don’t count. Kinda like what Comey said of Hillary-she broke scads of laws and exposed dozens of secret ideas through her use of an illegal computer, but she didn’t do it intentionally. It is absolutely amazing to me that these investigators are able to do-they can find misdeeds and then determine whether the criminal actually intended to break the law. They can also do investigations and find that no laws were broken, but can determine that the person being investigated intended to break the law. Shit, Sherlock Holmes wasn’t this good. I don’t think John Q. Citizen should try this, unless his name or affiliation is with Clinton.
This is literally a pile of Schiff! The State Department and DOJ should be shut down and restaffed as soon as possible (I know that is unrealistic), but it is that bad. We know that all of HilLiary Rotten Clinton’s emails (and anyone else who communicated through that server) through her private server went, “Real Time”, to a Chinese company owned and operated by the Chinese Government. You simply cannot get more irresponsibly compromised. This put everyone of us at risk, regardless of your party affiliation. Clinton did this in order to avoid the scrutiny of official governmental servers. It also allowed her to operate her Pay to Play schemes and avoid disclosure as a result of FOIA demands.
