Former National Security Advisor Gen. Michael Flynn’s attorney said on Sunday that “the FBI and the Department of Justice have hidden information that shows [Flynn’s] innocence for more than three years.”

Speaking on “The Cats Roundtable,” hosted by John Catsimatidis on AM 970 in New York, Sidney Powell said the DOJ “has a memo in its files that exonerates him completely of any wrongful collaboration, or anything with the Russians. And that was dated January 30, 2017 before General Flynn was forced out of the White House by all this nonsense.”

Flynn pleaded guilty in December 2017 to charges that he lied to the FBI about his Russia contacts and is due to be sentenced next month.

Powell emphasized that former FBI acting Chief Andrew McCabe “should be held accountable for his outrageous conduct and the ambush of Gen. Flynn.”

She insisted that McCabe “should be indicted for at least a couple of felonies… because he lied to the inspector general multiple times under oath with warning.”

Powell said that in the investigation of her client “you had people entrusted with enforcing the laws breaking it themselves to accomplish their own political agenda,” adding that “It’s absolutely imperative that Attorney General Barr and John Durham reinstate the rule of law right now and hold every single person that was part of that effort accountable for their criminal conduct.”

She estimated that “there were probably at least 50 people that had some role in this entire disaster.”

  1. Powell emphasized that former FBI acting Chief Andrew McCabe “should be held accountable for his outrageous conduct and the ambush of Gen. Flynn.”

Definitely, Mr. McCabe, now a CNN correspondent (lol) is up to his neck in trouble. Him and Comey, along with Mueller, Comey’s bestest friend did some really bad things and innocent people were to blame. And not just General Flynn.

GOD BLESS PRESIDENT TRUMP! GOD BLESS THE USA!

  2. The coup group should be in jail!!! If u or I was into a coup attempt we would be prosecuted for treason. Their citizenship rights should be taken away. If Reps did this, they would face a firing squad, as the guilty Dems should! If this goes unpunished, it will continue for the next 5 years and happen again when Dems lose. My God, Congress should resign and hide in shame, never to be seen again!

  3. The communist demoncrats in congress should resign and then executed for treason, sedition, lying, and attempted overthrow of Pres. Trump!!

  4. Thank you Sidney for finally helping Gen Flynn to get an aquital on the PHONY CHARGES causing him to loose everything he owned! Time to SUE THE JUSTICE AND F B I for this TRAVISTY of an honorable OFFICER who was still serving his country as he did over the years.

  5. There is a whole bunch of treasonous slimeballs that should be dealt some extremely harsh punishment. One is being stripped of all govt. benefits resulting from their employment with the Federal govt. Two: a very, very long prison sentence if it’s not for life. Three: the seizure of all personal assets to reimburse General Flynn for all of his legal expenses, plus interest. Make the punishment ultra-severe to send a clear unmistakable message to all of these traitors.

    • Amen! Amen! Gary Schelvan!
I believe the judge in Flynn’s case wants to be on the right-side of history, and is allowing time for discovery. He knows, and has said as much, that Flynn is being railroaded . . .

      • The very last thing a traitor needs is a government pension! A traitor’s “pension” is called PRISON! If their family suffers, so be it. It’s due to their bad decisions. No one worries about the average American’s family aftermath from bad decisions . . .
