Sen. Bernie Sanders (I–Vt.) really didn’t want to admit he would raise taxes on the middle class during Thursday night’s Democratic primary debate.
“In a recent interview, you said you suspected that Americans would be, quote, ‘delighted’ to pay more taxes for things like that. Will taxes go up for the middle class under a Sanders administration, and if so how do you sell that to voters?” moderator Savannah Guthrie asked. After the candidate dodged her inquiry, instead describing a “new vision for America,” Guthrie pressed him to be clear.
“Sen. Sanders, I’ll give you 10 seconds just to answer the very direct question,” Guthrie shot back. “Will you raise taxes for the middle class in the Sanders administration?”

The senator replied, “People who have healthcare under Medicare For All will have no premiums, no deductibles, no copayments, no out-of-pocket expenses.”
“Yes,” Sanders finally conceded, “they will pay more in taxes, but less in healthcare for what they get.”
It’s easy to campaign on tax hikes for Wall Street. It’s much harder to admit the middle class would be hit right along with it.

Oh yes , middle class Americans will be just delighted to pay more in taxes to cover people that are here illegally and pay again because the employers will have so many people to pick from so wages will come down and Americans will have to compete in a shrinking job market and of course not every illegal is a saint so we will pay more to house the criminals in our prisons and of course pay more in taxes so we can treat our addicted citizens because of the drugs coming across our border. Bernie Sanders just might need top take everyone’s pay check and give us a few dollars allowance each week unless he decides to find more needy people of the world to give taxpayer money to

Bernie Sanders is now out of the race! He has been a professional agitator all of his life. He should just go enjoy his retirement and laugh all the way to the bank with money he and his wife robbed from Vermonters and the people of places like Burlington.
This is always what Socialism has been about: talk about taxing the rich but making sure that the taxing tenticles of the government octopus reach right into the pockets of everyone who actually goes out to work every day. People need to remember that the list of countries that have been successful under socialism is very short-in fact there is not one country on such a list.
It took the Soviet Socialists 70 years to bankrupt the wealth of the Russian Empire. They didn’t have what it took to compete with Reagan when a new arms race would have started. The unhealthy system collapsed.
Venezuela has gone from a wealthy nation to poverty so severe that everyone has lost 25 pounds due to lack of available food. Cuba is a basket case. North Korea cannot survive without putting a large number of its citizens into prison camps annually for forced labor and to starve the excess population to death.
Let’s challenge those who espouse Socialism to be the first to divest themselves of everything they own-money, homes, cars, savings-fort he greater good. Then maybe others will be inspired to follow them-NOT.

You will wait in lines for months, except for general well care, meaning shots and checkups. Anything else has to be approved by the “death squads” and you are going to wait for months to see any specialist.
