Bombshells Everywhere During Horowitz Day 2 Testimony

Inspector General Michael Horowitz returned to Capitol Hill on Tuesday to answer questions at a joint hearing of the House Judiciary and Oversight committees, one day after he testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

While Monday’s testimony by Horowitz and FBI Director Christopher Wray was certainly eye-opening - Congressional Investigators uncovered several game-changing bombshells on Tuesday that will re-frame the entire discussion. Hat-tip to Paul Sperry for reporting these stunning developments in real time.

  • There were no actual subjects of the Hillary Clinton email investigation, meaning that neither Hillary nor any of her top aides - including Huma Abedin and the IT guys who set up her illegal server and then used “bleachbit” to destroy evidence (for which they received immunity) - were ever under any direct FBI scrutiny. Horowitz found this “surprising.”

  • There is at least one and possibly more original drafts of the OIG report, which were subsequently redlined by DOJ/FBI higher-ups.

Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) has sent a formal letter to Horowitz requesting “the various drafts of the report, particularly the draft provided to the DOJ and FBI, before those agencies made any changes to the draft report.”

 

  • Horowitz is no longer convinced that the FBI was collecting all of Strzok and Page’s texts, even outside the five-month window in which a technical “glitch” (after the 2016 election) prevented archiving.

  • Horowitz is investigating allegations that FBI officials “edited” agents’ 302 forms - which doument an interview with a suspect or a witness.

This is particularly illuminating, as is has been long suspected that fired Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe had agents edit or delete the “302” forms created after former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn’s interview.

Journalist Sara Carter - known of late for her access to leaks by “white hat” actors in the intelligence community, sat down with Sean Hannity in late January where she discussed McCabe’s firing and suggested “there’s indicators right now that McCabe may have asked FBI agents to actually change their 302’s”

Hannity: A source of mine told me tonight that when Wray read this, it shocked him to his core.

Sara Carter: Shocked him to his core, and not only that, the Inspector General’s report - I have been told tonight by a number of sources, there’s indicators right now that McCabe may have asked FBI agents to actually change their 302’s - those are their interviews with witnesses. So basically every time an FBI agent interviews a witness, they have to go back and file a report.

It may also explain why the judge in Flynn’s case ordered Special Counsel Robert Mueller to turn over any “exculpatory evidence” to Flynn’s defense team. Flynn’s legal team did not make this request. Instead, Judge Emmet G. Sullivan issued the order “sua sponte,” or at his discretion, invoking the “Brady Rule” - which requires prosecutors to turn over previously unfiled evidence that might have a material impact on a defendant’s case. Interestingly, two days before the order Mueller filed a motion for an agreed-upon protective order regarding the use of evidence in the case, including “sensitive materials,” provided to Flynn’s lawyers by the office of the Special Counsel.

This may also explain why Mueller has agreed to postpone Flynn’s sentencing “due to the status of the special counsel’s investigation.”

  • The two anti-Trump / pro-Clinton agents we reported on Friday who were having an extramarital affair were “unmasked” by House Judiciary member Mark Meadows (R-NC) after Horowitz testified that one of the two - who interviewed Hillary Clinton - was referred for discipline.

The unmasked agents are Sally Moyer (“Agent 1”) and Kevin Kleinsman (“Agent 5). As reported on Friday, Moyer referred to Clinton as “the President” in a text exchange with another FBI employee four days after interviewing her, according to Thursday’s DOJ Inspector General report.

Then, in a different text exchange with one of the other three Clinton email investigators (not Peter Strzok or Lisa Page), another agent wrote “screw you trump” after the first agent admitted “You should know…that I’m…with her.”

This means that all four FBI case agents working the Hillary Clinton email investigation - the other two being Peter Strzok and Lisa Page - were ardent Clinton supporters, and at least three harbored animus towards Trump.

The report released yesterday by the inspector general for the Department of Justice referred to these two FBI agents not by their names but as “Agent 1” and “Agent 5.”

The report said of these FBI agents that “we identified two instant message exchanges that appeared to combine a discussion of politics with the Midyear investigation.” (The FBI referred to the Clinton email investigation as “Midyear Exam,” “Midyear,” or “MYE.”) -CNS News

The same agent who texted “screw you trump” - “Agent 5” - also wrote “she better win… otherwise i’m gonna be walking around with both of my guns… and likely quitting on the spot,” as well as “fuck trump” on December 6.

Clinton was interviewed by FBI agents on July 2 about her use of a private, unsecured email server which housed classified information while she was Secretary of State. According to the IG report, however, the FBI had already decided against recommending prosecution unless Clinton lied or confessed.

“By the time of Clinton’s interview on July 2, we found that the Midyear agents and prosecutors, along with Comey, had decided that absent a confession or false statements by Clinton, the investigation would be closed without charges,” reads the IG report.

  1. I guess that since the FBI has now become a tool of the Democratic Party machine, they don’t seem to feel like looking into reports of a troubled young punk who talked to shooting up a high school.
    This is a bad step to take, that the security forces that were made to defend us, get used to attack us in the same way the Gestapo worked to arrest Germans who did not like Hitler.

  2. Anybody with any common sense should be able to connect the dots. This is a big cover up they came up with this Russia/ Trump collusion thing because so they could buy some time to cover up their corrupt activities and there are more than these few agents involved in trying to remove president Trump. Someone who had the power to get it started. The democrats thought that if they get someone else in and Trump out they would be able to hide all of the corruption. They put Mueller in to make it look like Trump is guilty, plus rob the taxpayers with this bogus crap. I don’t think these corrupt people realize that even if they successfully remove Trump. Ik would like for the USA to know who fbi agent no. 5 is along with agent no.1 I an the USA needs to know their names, there names made known are as important at the evidence that have been trying to cover an hide, since mueller started his phoney fake investigation, and probably to CYA his and rosensein.

With each passing day it becomes more clear that we have a government so out of control that no matter what comes to light they continue to foist whatever story they choose to feed public nonsense with full assistance of the tabloid news outlets. These include CNN, MSNBC, ABC, NBC, CBS, NPR as well as all the Hollywood scum… Liars and thieves are at every level of government. With all this alarming news they keep beating the drum about illegal aliens - people with no right to be here - being separated from their parents… Sick of this crap!

  5. I have always had the perception of corruption since Osama Obama was elected to office. There are too many inconsistencies in his past, which have been covered up by, who knows who at this point in time. Too many questions about his attendance at Columbia, where no individual remembers him. I myself, because of all these questions, with basically no answers leads us to the premise that too much information was trying to be covered up. Lets face it money talks and **** **** walks! I am sure this is true in this instance, because Soro’s was the largest monetary supporter of Osama Obama, whom reall no one individual knows if Obama was really born in the USA or not. I know many will say, oh not this question again, but by all his actions and his undeniable loyalty to the Muslim population, makes a good case as far as I am concerned. Many will say we have seen his birth certificate, but to me this means nothing, as in this day and age you can duplicate everything and perfectly. I am bringing all of this out, because of Obama’s wishes to have a global world and one where no more questions of him would be asked. However the American people and President Trump through a monkey wrench into Obama, Billary’s, Soro’s, Mueller, the FBI, DOJ, the DNC and other entities plans when President Trump was elected to office, which could never happen. So, we now have this atrocious scandal, that cannot be swept under the carpet by anyone. I will have to say that by the IG’s report, and the DOJ’S actions, that they are trying to mislead, both the GOP and the American people, but we are all too smart for that. I am still concerned about where all this misinformation will take us, but I think we all know by now, that representatives of the people, like Trey Gowdy, Devin Nunes and many others will get to the bottom of this scandal. We also owe it to our President Trump to totally as Americans boycott all the fake news entirely, and watch only Fox, and get the real news from a non-bias source like WND, Conservative news and other news outlets like them. I also reccomend fact checking everything if you do not, because we all want our statements to be true. Well, I guess I have worn you all out with all the rhetoric, but I believe it is something that had to be said. President Trump has with the GOP done a tremendous job thus far, and under an unscrupulous amount of pressure. Just uncovering the “Deep State ” alone is a major achievement, but look at the other things he has accomplished in addition to this.
    I also wanted to touch base quickly at all the misguided American people as far as families separated at the border is concerned. If you look back at the Osama Obama regime, this exact same thing was happening at that time, in yet no codemnation of his activities were ever mentioned at that time. This all brings us back to the fact that Osama Obama, along with all his past departments, cabinet, FBI, and the DOJ have orchestrated one of the largest coverups to date, and President Trump and his clocest allies have found and through a transparent Government, are making sure,as best possible) that the American people are not in the dark, but aware of everything coming to light. America must remain the land of the free, home of the brave and last but not least, true to itself and the American people. GOD BLESS AMERICA!

Saturday April 14, 2018 on FOX NEWS’ JUSTICE with Judge Jeanine Pirro; a former DOJ official revealed that within the soon to be released DOJ Inspector General’s report: A top Obama political appointee within the Justice Department, phoned the FBI two weeks before the 2016 Presidential election, spoke with Andrew McCabe and ordered the cessation of the DOJ/FBI further investigations into the corruption at the CLINTON FOUNDATION! Repeat the CLINTON FOUNDATION, NOT THE HILLARY EMAIL SCANDAL!

    THEREFORE, does the final Horowitz DOJ IG report discuss the fact that two weeks before the 2016 presidential election, a high-up Obama political appointee within the DOJ, telephoned Andrew McCabe and instructed him to stop the FBI investigation of corruption at the CLINTON FOUNDATION? Is it any wonder the DOJ Inspector General’s report was delayed all these months as the DEEP STATE white-washed the report as best they could?

  7. Lots of work to unravel Soros intrigue and Clinton corruption. Thanks to Nunes and Gowdy for doggedly chasing down one fact after another. Hopefully indictions will result for perps, but what justice instrument can be trusted? Surely, DOJ, FBI, CIA are not, as presently conformed, reliable tools to clean up this huge mess. But to clean it up, for a fresh start, Americans must know the depth of depravity and see all the agents, from bottom to top, meet justice. MAGA.
