Windows shattered, obscene graffiti on the walls, store incinerated...
That’s the scene that greeted Liam Hunt, a 68 years man living in the once quiet town in East Lansing, Michigan, as he arrived at his shop on the morning of June 3rd.
I`m angry this happened to me. I followed all the laws and rules and they just shot inside the store and destroyed everything. I don`t know where to go anymore. I called 911; They made a reportand told me they can`t help. They`re overwhelmed. I fear for my life.” Liam said.
Liam retired after being a truck driver for over 30 years and found a way to transform his passion into a small business.
He knew there are many patriotic Americans who would proudly wear a “Make America Great Again”(MAGA) hat, a “Women for Trump” sweatshirt, or even a Trump key-chain or coin.
I poured everything into this store... I’ve met so many wonderful like-minded people... and now it’s gone.
I am terrified of what the future could bring ...I don’t know how I will feed my family, and it may be months before I get any insurance money.” Liam said with tears in his eyes.
“They burned everything...I`ve poured my life savings into this shop. All I have now are a few MAGA Hats that I stored back home, but no real place to sell them.”
Now it`s time for the community of Trump Supporters to show true strength and compassion.
In these times, real patriots have to stick together.
