Federal Judge Slaps Down Biden’s Vaxx Mandate For Contractors In KY, OH and TN

U.S. District Judge Gregory F. Van Tatenhove temporarily slapped President Joe Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate down for federal contractors located in Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee. Tatenhove said the question was not about the effectiveness of the jab nor if the government can compel people to do something but focused on whether Biden had the authority to require it of federal contractors. “Can the president use congressionally delegated authority to manage the federal procurement of goods and services to impose vaccines on the employees of federal contractors and subcontractors? In all likelihood, the answer to that question is no. So, for the reasons that follow, the pending request for a preliminary injunction will be GRANTED,” Tatenhove wrote in his opinion. The comes after a request from Kentucky Attorney General David Cameron among several other attorneys general […]

Trump Calls for Public Debate on 2020 Election

Former President Donald Trump issued a statement Sunday calling for a public debate on “the facts, not the fiction” regarding the 2020 presidential election. “The Fake News Media cannot stand the fact that so many people in our Country know the truth, that the 2020 Election was rigged and stolen, yet almost every article written contains the words the ‘Big Lie’ or ‘unsubstantiated facts,’ etc., always trying to demean the real results,” the statement, made through Trump’s Save America PAC, began. Trump then stated that he was “willing to challenge the heads of various papers or even far left politicians,” and called voter irregularities and fraud that plagued certain states “the real Big Lie.” He added that the “highly partisan Unselect Committee of Democrats” refuse to look into what possibly caused the January 6th protest, and said that it may have been […]

NEW: SCOTUS Refuses to Block Vaccine Mandate For Massachusetts Hospital Workers

The US Supreme Court on Monday refused to grant relief to hospital workers at Mass General Brigham, a Boston-based healthcare facility. Far-left Justice Breyer, who oversees complaints for the First Circuit, rejected the request for an emergency injunction with no explanation. NBC News reported: The Supreme Court on Monday brushed aside an appeal from a group of Massachusetts health care workers who said their hospital’s Covid vaccine requirement violated their religious freedom or would present a risk to their health. The application for an emergency stay was filed by employees of Mass General Brigham who refused to be vaccinated and were fired or placed on unpaid leave. The workers sought religious or medical exemptions but were turned down. They later sued, arguing the hospital had violated federal laws prohibiting discrimination. The hospital announced in June […]

WHO skips the ‘Xi’ variant, kowtows to Beijing, again

The World Health Organization, a lackey for the Chinese, skipped the Greek letter “Xi,” as in President Xi Jinping, and chose “Omicron” as the name of the newest COVID variant, to avoid “stigmatizing a region.” For scientists, emergence of the variant likely raises concern around the mutation and effect of the virus, but for Greek alphabet fans, it raises the question, how did we get from “Mu” to “Omicron”? According to Paul Nuki, the Global Health Security editor for the Telegraph, an anonymous WHO source has confirmed the letter “Xi” was skipped to “avoid stigmatizing a region.” It is seemingly the case that the “region” the WHO hopes to preserve from “stigmatization” is President Xi, the strongman of China. The same Telegraph source also confirmed “Nu” was skipped because it sounds like “new,” and allowing […]

Eighty House Republicans voted with Democrats on Tuesday to pass the Immunization Infrastructure Modernization Act, which if passed by the Senate and signed into law would fund a federal vaccination database. Treasury’s Yellen: Fed’s Job Is to Avoid ‘Wage-Price Spiral’

U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen told the Reuters Next conference Thursday it was the Federal Reserve’s job to ensure that the current run of high inflation does not evolve into a damaging and long-lasting “wage-price spiral” like the economy endured in the 1970s. Yellen, who served as chair of the Federal Reserve Bank from 2014 to 2018, said it was up to the U.S. central bank to decide what to do about interest rates, but that a strong U.S. economy, which would likely prompt rate increases, is generally a good thing for the rest of the world. via newsmax

Taxpayer Funds Went to Democrat-Led Attempt to Overturn Iowa Election

Over $800,000 in taxpayers’ money was spent on legal efforts by the Democratic Party to overturn an election for the House of Representatives last year, according to the Washington Free Beacon. The election took place in Iowa’s 2nd congressional district, where Republican Marianette Miller-Meeks narrowly defeated Democrat Rita Hart by a margin of just six votes, out of nearly 400,000 votes cast. Hart refused to concede even after an official recount, after which the office of Iowa’s Secretary of State certified the results in favor of Miller-Meeks. Earlier this year, Democrats utilized the power of the Committee on House Administration to formally challenge the results of the close election. The Democratic majority on the committee paid law firm Jenner & Block approximately $699,294 to attempt to overturn the results of the election. In response, the […]

Surprise! Look who’s now siding with Steve Bannon in DOJ fight

Stephen Bannon, a former adviser to President Donald Trump, is being prosecuted by the Department of Justice on claims from members of Congress that he refused to cooperate with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s partisan commission investigating the events of Jan. 6. at the U.S. Capitol. So he’s demanded that all of the documents used to bring the case against him to be made public, a move being fought aggressively by DOJ officials. But now he’s getting back up from an unlikely source, legacy media outlets. The Hill earlier reported Bannon has opposed a protective order for discovery in the DOJ’s case against him. That would prohibit both sides, the prosecution, and the defense, from releasing case documents to the public. But Bannon said the public needs access to “all the facts” in order to judge […]
