Under the restrictions, American citizens, green card holders and others are still allowed to return home to the U.S., but will be funneled to 13 airports and be subjected to health screenings and quarantine orders, according to two people familiar with the plan who spoke on condition of anonymity before the official announcement expected Saturday.”
Imagine by the end of next week the list of travel restrictions will get even longer.
Meanwhile another European country is going into virtual nationwide lock down, this time Spain.

“According to a draft government order seen by the Associated Press, Spain’s government planned to impose tight emergency restrictions nationwide on people’s movements. Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez was due to address the nation in the afternoon.
In an echo of the far-reaching measures already imposed in Italy, people will be allowed to leave their homes only to buy food and medicine, commute to work, go to hospitals and banks, or take trips related to the care of the young and the elderly. Those rules will take effect Monday morning.
Effectively immediately, Spain is also closing all schools, universities, restaurants, bars and hotels nationwide along with non-essential stores, a step some regions have already taken.
Authorities in Spain said the number of infections climbed past 5,700, half of them in the capital, Madrid. That represents a national increase of over 1,500 in 24 hours. The country had 136 deaths, up from 120. Spain has the fifth-highest number of cases, behind China, Italy, Iran and South Korea.”
This is getting more serious by the day and we all need to take precautions and be prepared but not to panic.
