This impeachment scam is not over and its time we the people take time to look at what has taken place. Regardless of any wrong doing, this scam impeachment was not what the framers or forefathers wanted when they put power of Impeachment in the hands of the House of Representatives. The Senate should have JUST THROWN IT BACK AS UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
Unfortunately the did not have the ability see the obvious misuse of Power the House impeachment actually took to rig the process. The fact is the IMPEACHMENT PROCESS BY THE HOUSE WAS UNCONSTITUTIONAL, therefore it should be regarded as suck and not an acquittal. I am not questioning the sole right of the house to conduct an impeachment inquiry, and present impeachment documents to the Senate. But in any case where a Trial is held, if the Process used to get it to be tried is Unconstitutional, or not protect the legal rights of the accused it is thrown out of court. That is exactly what should happened in this case, regardless of guilt!
Anyone who thinks otherwise is not considering the CONSTITUTION as a whole, they are cherry picking and cherry picking is exactly what Pelosi, Shifty, Schumer etal are trying to drive down our throats. The legal process was abused (Unconstitutional), the rights of the accused was abused (Unconstitutional), and it did not identify a crime. Think about it, The Senate was forced to hold a Trial, that had no legal bases to be held! So why bother calling whiteness because this should have been done prior, and Guilt should have been fond prior, AND THEN, if there were any questions in the mind of the Senate they could call prior wittiness as well as others.
So where are we, THERE IS NO QUESTION THE HOUSE Did not do a Constitutional inquiry or present full legal documents. So it really should have stopped right there. Anyone making the charge the Senate did not hold a proper Trial in in LALA LAND, because Unconstitutional to start with. What should have happened in my Humble opinion was for the Senate, or DOJ, or Someone to have this Impeachment Process and Documents be argued in front of the Supreme Court to verify its Constitutionality prior to being presented to the Senate.
The Senate did exactly the right thing by not making this unconstitutional impeachment die a quick death.
