(Natural News) The Miss World America (MWA) pageant has stripped the sash, crown, and title from Miss Michigan simply because the 20-year-old, Chinese-American student refused to be assaulted with a Muslim hijab during a far-left campus protest she witnessed back in 2015.
Kathy Zhu, who’s also a conservative commentator, says she’s been dubbed “insensitive” for refusing to have the piece of religious garb forcibly placed on her head, without her consent, during the Muslim protest. Zhu responded that “what is insensitive” is the fact that women in the Middle East are routinely stoned for not wearing hijabs, which she also tweeted about on Twitter.
Several years later, Zhu’s tweets were dredged up by the leftist thought police and used against her as “evidence” that she’s somehow a “racist.” And now, based on these tweets, Zhu is being punished by MWA’s State Director Laurie DeJack for exercising her right to free speech online.
Not only has DeJack demanded back Zhu’s crown, sash, and title, but she’s also ordering Zhu to remove all of her “offending” tweets from social media – even though Zhu did absolutely nothing wrong, and was actually the victim in the campus hijab incident.
“Are the people in MWA implying that they advocate for the punishment of women who refuse to wear a hijab?” Zhu asked during her email exchange with DeJack, which ultimately went nowhere.
During a later interview with The Gateway Pundit, Zhu admitted that the whole situation has left her “completely disheartened,” especially since the theme of her Miss America win was “don’t be afraid to speak your truth.”

“For them to take my title away due to right-leaning tweets shows that they only want pageant girls to have brainless statements like ‘world peace’ and not meaningful ideals that would actually make a difference,” Zhu is quoted as saying.

Former U.S. women’s soccer star Jaelene Hinkle faced even worse persecution over her decision not to wear an LGBT-themed “pride” jersey because doing so would have defiled her Christian beliefs.
“I believe with every fiber in my body that what was written 2,000 years ago in the Bible is undoubtedly true,” Hinkle wrote in an Instagram post back in 2015, right after the U.S. Supreme Court under Obama legalized same-sex “marriage” nationwide, prompting her team to “celebrate” with new “rainbow” attire.
“This world may change, but Christ and His Word NEVER will,” she added.
Hinkle ultimately had to quit the team because it wasn’t about to let her get away with not wearing that “pride” jersey. Ultimate obedience from everyone, in other words, is now demanded by leftist society – meaning you either wear that LGBT jersey or that Muslim hijab, or else be ostracized and potentially have your earthly life ruined.
“I just felt so convicted in my spirit that it wasn’t my job to wear this jersey,” Hinkle later explained about her decision. “I gave myself three days to just seek and pray and determine what (God) was asking me to do in this situation.”
“If I never get another national team call-up again then that’s just a part of His plan, and that’s okay. Maybe this is why I was meant to play soccer, to show other believers to be obedient.”
Hinkle may have lost her treasures on earth for staying true to her faith, but the treasures she’s gaining for eternity – treasures that can never be stolen by the Cult of LGBT, Islam, or any other form of leftist politics – are infinitely greater and much more to be desired than anything she ever could have attained here on earth.

Never would I ever accept doing anything from anyone who tries to change me or my country merely because they love throwing around the “race card”. I have no one that I have to prove that I’m not racist to and I will never try to “prove” that I’m not. I use logic and crap like this is not logical. I will wear what I want and never give in to what others want me to “do, wear, act like, make or say” just to please someone else who happens to be trying to push their silly agenda on me.

I have a question? Can we force a muslim person to wear a Christian symbol such as the cross on their wrist or in their necklace? Or can we force them to wear a red dot on their forehead like the hindu women do? Then why are they forcing others to wear a hijab? And why do the crazy LGBT want to advertise their sexual preferences? We the straight people do not walk around telling everyone we are straight.
