Reparations should come from Africa since that continent built a large business out of kidnapping and selling their own people into slavery. Africa started long before America was discovered. When slaves were brought to America, it was by the British. America did NOT have slavery for 250 years. It was mandated by British rule until we gained our independence from the British in 1776. So it was slavery for 250 years under British rule.

SO WHY DO OUR HISTORY BOOKS LEAVE THESE SEVEN FACTS OUT? 1) The slave trade prospered in West Africa 40 years before Columbus even discovered America. African tribes actually conducted raids on their neighbors for the express purpose of enslaving them. Tragically, slavery is practiced to this very day in places like the Sudan, Zaire and Nigeria.
2) Five European powers (Spain, Portugal, France, Holland and Britain) competing for New World influence all employed slavery, with Brazil (Portugal’s crown jewel) topping the list at 5.5 million slaves, half of the total brought to the New World. By 1860, their numbers had dwindled to a little over 2 million.
3) Only 6% of Africans reached our shores (about 600,000). By 1860 their numbers had increased (without new importations) to almost 4 million, the only slave population in recorded history to increase in captivity. Indigent Anglo-Celts filled the need for slaves (as indentured servants) Most white Southerners are descendants of these early bondsmen.
4) Slavery was practiced in all thirteen colonies and NY City was second only to Charleston SC in 1776 as the city with the highest percentage of slaves. Sojourner Truth was born Isabella Van Wagner, a slave in New York.
5) The liberal guilt, which today besets the North, has at its roots the profits from its vast slave trading which did nothing less than finance the Industrial Revolution. At the Constitutional Convention a continuation of the slave trade was a concession wrung by the Northern delegations from the South which allowed the North to continue the international trade another 20 years, until 1808.
6) New England slave ships continued plying the waters in defiance of the ban thereafter providing millions of slaves to French and Spanish sugar plantations in the Caribbean and South America.
7) The 1860 census reveals 95% of America’s slaves were owned by just 5% of the population while 85% of Southerners owned the land and structures they lived upon. This clearly establishes a large, independent non slave-holding class of yeoman farmers who later became the rank and file as well as the heart and soul of the Confederate army. To state their motive for fighting was the preservation of slavery is pure nonsense.

The North was not only complicit; it was largely responsible for the development of slavery in America. The Pilgrims landed in 1620 in Plymouth Colony (Massachusetts) and immediately began enslaving Indians. They were the first colony to legalize slavery by statute in 1641. It was the New England colonies of MA., CT., NH., RI., and New York that imported slaves to America along with England, Spain, Portugal, and the Dutch. The economic infrastructure of the port cities of colonial New England depended on the nefarious trade. In contrast, in Virginia, a 7 year indentured servitude existed until 1655 when Anthony Johnson became the “Father of Southern Slavery”. Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction-THE FATHER OF SOUTHERN SLAVERY WAS A BLACK MAN.
It was Queen Elizabeth of England who put that country in the slave trade business. Colonial Virginia tried over 30 times to prohibit the trade but England and the New England slave traders declined. These Northern colonies had both state owned and privately owned fleets of slave ships. Today, Jewish Americans are some of the most outspoken critics of the Confederacy, but ironically, this ethnic group was very involved in the highly profitable slave trade.

3.) shows they (or one of their ancestors) have repatriated the families losses of the civil war’s Federal troops 389,753 deaths and 275,175 wounded incurred to free the slaves in America,
4.) have proven that they have exhausted their demands for repayment from the African Muslims and natives who sold and traded their own natives into slavery that contributed to the plight of slavery, and
5.) after the exclusion of all the immigrants and their descendants who came to this country since the abolition of slavery in 1880…
then and only then, may we have something to talk about.

In 1934-36 as part of the WPA program in the FDR administration about 2200 old former slaves were interviewed and their stories printed in books called The slave Narratives—one for each state.
Almost all spoke with love and affection for their former masters and spoke about how good slavery times was.
If one reads the Slave Narratives (available from Amazon book company) virtually all the 2000+ old former slaves interviewed as part of the WPA program in 1934-37 said —good food—a place to live-clothes to wear-kind treatment-good times etc. and spoke with affection for their former masters.
In order to justify their atrocities during the war-murder, arson, plunder, rape, theft etc. the Yankees have painted an image of the South/Confederacy as an evil empire that terribly and constantly abused slaves and “we got what we deserved”. They have repeated these lies so much over the past 185 years since about 1830 that many of these modern day liberals really and sincerely believe it.
The faithful slaves took care of the white women and children while the Southern men were away in the Confederate army. A monument at Arlington cemetery even depicts a white Confederate soldier handing his baby to a black slave lady to take care of while he is away. There were no riots in the South while the white men were away. Lincoln and the Yankee radicals tried to create riots but it did not happen. That was why he wrote the Emancipation Proclamation which freed no one. After the war many slaves stayed on with their “white family” on the plantation or farm where they had been raised and cared for. Some that did leave were later quoted as saying they regretted leaving.
I remember hearing of a 30s recording of an ex slave saying ” Slavery days shore wuz good days, we had a place to stay, food to eat and clothes to wear, now we ain’t got nuthin”

Today very few Americans, including Southerners, remember or have ever heard of Uncle Sam’s terrorist organization, the UNION LEAGUE, which was operated by evil, corrupt, tyrannical, despotic, dictatorial Yankee Carpetbaggers in the South from 1862 through 1877. All chapters in American history books related to Reconstruction discuss radical Republican Carpetbaggers and the KKK. The third element, the Union League, is totally omitted because this “inconvenient history” reflects so negatively on the North and would expose the shameful corrupt and barbaric atrocities committed by the UNION LEAGUE against white Southerners especially former Confederates and their families.
The UNION LEAGUE began as an honorable part of the Union army as the Sanitary Commission. It soon morphed into the military strong arm of the Freedmans Bureau and began committing atrocities. These white Yankee carpetbaggers used uneducated blacks as puppets to do their dirty work during so called Reconstruction which was in reality the plunder, pillage, and rape of the Southern states. Blacks were initiated into the UNION LEAGUE in secret spectacular impressive ceremonies with fires, music, and inflammatory speeches and lies to incite hatred and resentment toward Southern whites. Conservative blacks that refused to participate and join were beaten or in some cases murdered. During Reconstruction the membership of the UNION LEAGUE reached nearly 300,000 black militia members managed and controlled by white Yankee carpetbaggers.
UNION LEAGUE Carpetbaggers handed out matches and had blacks burning houses and barns, shooting livestock, poisoning wells, and committing murder and rape. White Southerners lived in terror for years. Some Yankees were so radical and fanatical that they wanted to exterminate every Southern man, woman, and child. This caused the rise of the KKK which was an honorable Police and Resistance organization (this pro-KKK comment only applies to the original KKK which disbanded in 1877. I disdain the modern Klan). Union League carpetbaggers also fought battles between each other for control much like modern drug lords. In several cases president Grant had to intervene but he always sided with the radicals against moderates. When Southerners finally evicted the carpetbaggers the blacks were left to face the wrath of whites. Theft and corruption had been so severe that several states were left totally bankrupt.
Although the UNION LEAGUE has been omitted from history and virtually forgotten, the consequences have carried forward. White Northerners are responsible for most of today’s division between white and black Southerners.

Black Codes in the North preceded Jim Crow in the South. When the WAR of NORTHERN AGGRESSION (aka Civil War) ended in 1865 black crime skyrocketed as blacks moved from farms and plantations to towns and cities. After Reconstruction ended the South did the most non-violent thing that could be done-they passed Jim Crow and Segregation laws.
*The legal history of the black codes in these two states is essentially similar, and in fact Illinois simply continued Indiana’s code when it organized as a territory.
The new states that entered the union in the North after the gradual emancipation of northern slaves were just as concerned as the old ones with *maintaining their racial purity. To do so, they turned to an old practice in the North: *the exclusion law. *Slaves could not be brought into the Northwest Territories, under the ordinance of 1787, but slaves already there remained in bondage. Once states began to emerge from the old territories, most of them **explicitly barred blacks or permitted them only if they could prove their freedom and post bond. Ohio offered the first example, and those that followed her into the union followed her lead on race.
Both Indiana (1816) and Illinois (1818) abolished slavery by their constitutions. And both followed the Ohio policy of trying to **prevent black immigration by passing laws requiring blacks who moved into the state to produce legal documents verifying that they were free and posting bond to guarantee their good behavior. The bond requirements ranged as high as $1,000, which was prohibitive for a black American in those days. Anti-immigration legislation was passed in Illinois in 1819, 1829, and 1853. In Indiana, such laws were enacted in 1831 and 1852. Michigan Territory passed such a law in 1827; Iowa Territory passed one in 1839 and Iowa enacted another in 1851 after it became a state. Oregon Territory passed such a law in 1849.

PROVIDENCE, R.I. — One of the darkest chapters of Rhode Island history involved the state’s pre-eminence in the slave trade, beginning in the 1700s. More than half of the slaving voyages from the United States left from ports in Providence, Newport and Bristol — so many, and so contrary to the popular image of slavery as primarily a scourge of the South, that Rhode Island has been called “the Deep North. ”While many slave ships were built in Boston, they were supplied, manned and dispatched from Rhode Island ports. Between 1725 and 1807, more than 1,000 slaving voyages — about 58 percent of the total from the United States — left from Providence, Newport and Bristol.
Those vessels brought more than 100,000 Africans to the Americas as part of the triangle trade. They traveled to West Africa carrying rum, which was traded for slaves. The human cargo was then transported to the Caribbean in the infamous Middle Passage of the triangle. There, the ships were emptied of slaves and loaded with sugar, which was brought back to Rhode Island distilleries to make more rum to take back to Africa and repeat the cycle.

Jews Primarily Responsible for the Development of Slavery in America
The story of the slaves in America begins with Christopher Columbus. His voyage to America was not financed by Queen Isabella, but by Luis de Santangelo, who advanced the sum of 17,000 ducats (about 5,000 pounds-today equal to 50,000 pounds) to finance the voyage, which began on August 3, 1492. Columbus was accompanied by five ‘maranos’ (Jews who had foresworn their religion and supposedly became Catholics), Luis de Torres, interpreter, Marco, the surgeon, Bemal, the physician, Alonzo de la Calle and Gabriel Sanchez ( Ref. The International Jew by Henry Ford ).
Gabriel Sanchez, abetted by the other four Jews, sold Columbus on the idea of capturing 500 Indians and selling them as slaves in Seville, Spain, which was done. Columbus did not receive any of the money from the sale of the slaves, but he became the victim of a conspiracy fostered by Bemal, the ship’s doctor. He, Columbus, suffered injustice and imprisonment as his reward. Betrayed by the five maranos (Jews) whom he had trusted and helped. This, ironically, was the beginning of slavery in the Americas ( Ref. Adventures of an African Slaver by Malcolm Cowley, 1928, p.11 ).
The Jews were expelled from Spain on August 2, 1492, and from Portugal in 1497. Many of these Jews emigrated to Holland, where they set up the Dutch West Indies Company to exploit the new world. In 1654, the first Jew, Jacob Barsimson, emigrated from Holland to New Amsterdam (New York) and in the next decade many more followed him, settling along the East Coast, principally in New Amsterdam and Newport, Rhode Island.
It is essential to comprehend the seaport of Newport. It is important in order to recognize the Jew share in the Slave commerce. There was a period when it was commonly referred to as ‘The Jew Newport-World center of Slave Commerce.’ All together, at this time, there were in North America six Jew communities: Newport, Charleston, New York, Philadelphia, Richmond, and Savannah.

Concerning the entire commerce of the Colonies, and the later State of Rhode Island, (which included Newport) bills of lading, concessions, receipts, and port clearances carried the signature name of the Jew Aaron Lopez. This all took place during the years 1726 to 1774. He had therefore more than 50% of all dealings under his personal control for almost fifty years. Slave-runners, also owned by Jews were the ‘La Fortuna’, the ‘Hannah’, the ‘Sally’, and the ‘Venue’.
Some of the Jews of Newport and Charleston who were engaged in the distillery or slavery trade, or both, were: Isaac Gomez, Hayman Levy, Jacob Malhado, Naphtaly Myers, David Hart, Joseph Jacobs, Moses Ben Franks, Moses Gomez, Isaac Dias, Benjamin Levy, David Jeshuvum, Jacob Pinto, Jacob Turk, Daniel Gomez, James Lucana, Jan de Sweevts, Felix (cha-cha) de Souza (known as the ‘Prince of Slavers’ and second only to Aaron Lopez), Simeon Potter, Isaac Elizer, Jacob Rod, Jacol) Itodrigues Rivera, Haym Isaac Carregal, Abraham Touro, Moses Hays, Moses Lopez, Judah Touro, Abrtham Mendes and Abraham All.
Of some 600 ships leaving the port of Newport, more than 300 were engaged in the slave trade. A typical cargo of one ship, ‘La Fortuna’, was 217 slaves which cost about $4,300 and sold for $41,438.00.
It is equally important to remember that these poor Black creatures had to lie in human excrement for the entire trip. Think of it! No wonder sickness and disease took such a high toll. Approximately one hundred ten million Black people were captured and removed from their homeland in Africa. Only ELEVEN MILLION of these Black slaves reached the Colonies alive.
The Jews have been engaged in this practice for centuries.
It is ironic that today Jews are some of the most critical people of the South and especially the Confederate States of America because of the institution of slavery. They are brazen hypocrites because their ancestors were the ones most responsible for the development of slavery in America.
The English historian Cecil Chesterman is quoted “What can exceed the hypocrisy of the New England men who accuse the South of grave moral sin while the money they made from the slave trade is still in their pocket”.
Regardless the blacks in America today were never slaves and it has been over 150 years since any were so I am firmly opposed to reparations. Blacks in America today are the world’s most pampered blacks.
